El músico y arreglista Paul Buckmaster ha fallecido a los 71 años.
No han trascendido las causas de su muerte.
Aunque su nombre puede que no sea demasiado popular, sí lo es su obra: tras educarse como chelista –llegó a ir de gira tocando este instrumento para Bee Gees–, uno de sus trabajos y quizá el más significativo fueron los arreglos orquestales para The Rolling Stones , en –‘Moonlight Mile’ y ‘Sway’, de ‘Sticky Fingers’
Buckmaster es, sin duda, uno de esos nombres secundarios del rock que es necesario apreciar. Descanse en paz.
