Mick Jagger "esperando la lluvia" en la gira No Filter 2018 (entrevista)

 Mick Jagger ha bromeado diciendo que ha hecho abrigos de lluvia extra para cuando The Rolling Stones se embarquen en su gira por el Reino Unido en mayo y junio.

Le dijo a Chris Evans de la BBC Radio 2 que la gira No Filter de la banda, la primera en su país desde 2013, será  "bastante recta, ya sabes, la música rock y todos los estadios al aire libre".

Agregó: "Espero que no llueva, apuesto a que lo hará en algún momento, así que tengo algunos abrigos adicionales, abrigos para la lluvia hechos, así que estoy bastante acostumbrado a eso.

"Inglaterra probablemente gane la Copa del Mundo así que, ya sabes, dos cosas están sucediendo al mismo tiempo, así que será maravilloso".

Realizarán dos conciertos en Londres en mayo y junio, y también subirán al escenario en Manchester, Edimburgo y Cardiff.

La banda comenzará en el Croke Park de Dublín el 17 de mayo antes del Estadio de Londres el 22 de mayo.

También habrá espectáculos en Berlín, Marsella, Stuttgart, Praga y Varsovia.

La banda ha prometido que los fanáticos recibirán éxitos como Paint It Black y Brown Sugar, pero también habrá algunos "temas inesperados y sorpresas seleccionadas al azar de su formidable arsenal de canciones".

 Mick estaba hablando con Evans desde Chicago, y dijo que estaba "frío y horrible" a la intemperie.

Cuando se le preguntó qué estaba haciendo allí, dijo: "No puedo decírtelo. Pero aquí estoy en la tierra de los Blues. Solo estoy pasando el rato y comprobando algunos actos de blues y divirtiéndome ".

Los Rolling Stones concluirán la etapa de su gira en el Reino Unido en el estadio Twickenham el 19 de junio.

Mick Jagger `expecting rain´ on No Filter 2018 tour (interview)

 Mick Jagger has joked that he has had extra rain coats made for when The Rolling Stones embark on their UK tour in May and June.

He told BBC Radio 2’s Chris Evans that the band’s No Filter tour, their first on home turf since 2013, was “pretty straight ahead, you know, rock music and it’s all outdoor stadiums”.

He added: “I hope it doesn’t rain, my betting is that it will somewhere along the line and so I’ve got some extra coats, rain coats made, so I’m quite used to that.

“England will probably win the World Cup so, you know, two things happening at the same time, so it’s going to be wonderful.”

They will perform two concerts in London in May and June, and will also take to the stage in Manchester, Edinburgh, and Cardiff.

The band will kick off at Dublin’s Croke Park on May 17 ahead of the London Stadium on May 22.

There will also be shows in Berlin, Marseille, Stuttgart, Prague and Warsaw.

The band has promised that fans will be treated to hits like Paint It Black and Brown Sugar, but there will also be a few “unexpected tracks and randomly selected surprises from their formidable arsenal of songs”.

Mick was talking to Evans from Chicago which he said was “cold and horrible” weatherwise.

Asked what he was doing there, he said: “I can’t tell you. But here I am in the land of the blues. I’m just hanging out and checking a few blues acts and having fun.”

The Rolling Stones will wrap up the UK leg of their tour at Twickenham stadium on June 19.
