IMPORTANT
Economic Analysis of the situation in Argentina

Producing shows, in Argentina shows rush to pay 2016 to circumvent a possible devaluation.
It is they want the least amount of unpaid funds for next year, when it is estimated that the dollar can climb year. For higher cachets from The Rolling Stones, the main obstacle is that the Central Bank can send abroad u $ s 150,000 per week

The dollar became in recent years one of the major issues to overcome, for the industry of show business. His contribution was always subject of debate and there were many who recommended the Government, the official dollar, should be set up.

For producing this was always subject of analysis, and next, before the change of president, the year this situation becomes a central theme.

Thus, the common strategy of the sector is one: to close as many shows and pay, in order to be released and, to possible changes in the value of the US currency.

"This end of the year is special because the change of government, generates an expected change of direction in terms of the dollar exchange rate, and forces us to analyze very well the steps we will take. We have to be vigilant" said Sebastian Carlomagno, leading producer Move Concerts Argentina.

This special attention be given in general, although it will be much greater, if they try to hire the Rolling Stones.

The Rolling Stones charges about $ s 5 million by show, a complex figure to bear, in the context of medium stability, but much harder, whether to face, then a change in the exchange rate.
Want to cancel that total, in the remainder of the year, the task will not be easy, as the Central Bank,
today to send abroad u$s 150,000 a week.

The case of The Rolling Stones is clear in this regard.

The strongest producers in the local market, scrambling to raise them on stage, in the first quarter of 2016, but the dollar factor, makes them go very steady pace. "The case of the Stones is particular because we know they are special to the Argentine public, if we close this year the contract, it will be like taking a leap of faith, as we will be talking about another governance, but it is a risk number dare to give "the director of one of the producers that keeps conversations with Mick Jagger and company he said.

The other point where you stop producing today is to elucidate how the market will stand, if the exchange rate starts to vary upward.

First they understand that, at least at first, the business will show a brake, but this trend then begin to accommodate.

"Something like this a amesetamiento as a normal reaction occurs always happens. But then everything will go and slowly rearranging see a revival," said Carlomagno.

Other producers shows consulted , referring to the impact that can have a break from the official dollar on the ticket, as the price of inputs quoted in pesos  It is directly related to the cost of bringing the artists have paid in dollars  "It will be another issue to be analyzed.'ll Have to see how it affects also the new economic scenario at the consumer level," said one of the producers surveyed.
