Antes llamado History of Music, este piloto (que de momento se queda sin título) reúne a dos grandes nombres de las bambalinas de ‘Boardwalk Empire’, Terence Winter y Martin Scorsese (que la realizará), asociados con Mick Jagger.
La historia arrancará en Nueva York en 1977. La vida de Richie Finestra, carismático responsable de la división Artists and Repertoire (A&R) de la American Century Music que está encargada de descubrir nuevos talentos. En aquella época cuando el punk y la música de baile se entrechocaban y el hip-hop emergía, Richie había vivido un período excitante hasta el extremo, ayudado por el consumo de drogas.
James Jagger (Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll), hijo de Jerry Hall y Mick Jagger, interpretará a ‘Kip Stevens’, líder de Nasty Bits, un grupo punk.

The story will start in New York in 1977. At the time when punk and dance music clashed and hip-hop emerged, Richie had lived an exciting period to the end, helped by the drug.
