Ana Araujo : una chica 007

No contenta con tener a Rolling Stone de novio,  Ana Araujo ha conseguido una "cita" con 007.

Ana, modelo de 29 años, se dice que en la carrera para conseguir el papel de ciruela en la película Nro 23 de Bond.

Ana Araujo, que ha hecho maravillas por superar  Ronnie Wood de borracheras, está lista para asombrar al mundo del cine como una chica Bond.

Anoche una fuente cercana a la aspirante estrella de cine nos dijo: "Ana está muy emocionada".

Si es elegido para el papel que va a seguir los pasos de las bellezas del cine como Halle Berry, de 45 años, y Eva Green, de 31 años.

"Es todo muy nuevo para ella, pero ella es optimista sobre la posibilidad de conseguir el papel.

El mes pasado, Ana admitió que estaba poniendo su mirada en una carrera en la actuación y citó al actual actor Daniel Craig como su sueño de co-estrella.

Ella dijo: "Ahora estoy centrado en la actuación. Tengo algunas funciones importantes que surjan.

"Mi papel ideal sería ser una chica Bond y con Daniel Craig como mi James Bond - él es perfecto y muy guapo ".

A principios de este año, dijo Ana de su relación con el "ex juerguista": "Lo amo. Es un gran hombre. Es muy divertido, tiene una gran personalidad y es muy inteligente.

"Va muy bien."

NOT content with having a Rolling Stone for a boyfriend, Brazilian beauty Ana Araujo has landed a “date” with 007.

The South American sizzler, who has worked wonders by s topping Ronnie Wood from boozing, is set to wow the film world as a Bond girl.

Model Ana, 29, is said to be in the running to land the plum role in the long-delayed 23rd Bond flick.

She is up for the coveted slot alongside Hollywood favourites including Pirates Of The Caribbean actress Naomie Harris, 34.

Last night a source close to the aspiring movie star told us: “Ana is really excited.

“It’s all very new to her but she is optimistic about the prospect of landing the role.

If she is picked for the role she will follow in the footsteps of film beauties such as Halle Berry, 45, and Eva Green, 31.

Last month Ana admitted she was setting her sights on a career in acting and cited current Bond actor Daniel Craig

as her dream co-star. 

She said: “I’m now focusing on acting. I’ve got some major roles coming up. 

“My ideal role would be to be a Bond girl and with Daniel Craig as my James Bond – he’s perfect and

very handsome.”

Ana has already been credited with saving wayward Wood, 64, from his well-documented drinking binges.

As a result of her influence, the father-of-four has shut down the bar in the garden of his mansion in Clane, County Kildare.

The veteran rocker said: “I used to pour the best pint of Guinness in Ireland.

“But Ana has made me get rid of the booze and turned the place into a coffee bar.”

Ana and Wood met around 18 months ago after he split from former girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova, a Russian waitress, in December 2009.

Earlier this year Ana said of her relationship with the former hell-raiser: “I love him. He’s a great man. He’s very funny, has a great personality and is very smart.

“It’s going very well.”
