Rod Stewart says he is keen to reform The Faces with Ronnie Wood, and suggests a reunion could happen if and when The Rolling Stones decide to retire.
The Faces formed in 1969 and released four studio albums. The band reformed in 2009 for a one-off charity show with guest vocalists replacing the absent Rod Stewart.
Speaking to The Express, Stewart said that he is interested in getting the band back together, if they are not too old when a window of opportunity presents itself. "I’d like to return with The Faces. Ronnie and I talk about it, and when the Stones finish – Mick is several years older than me – we’ll have a window of opportunity.
