El martes 4 de febrero , Castle Fine Art, Bruton Street, será el lanzamiento de la serie ' Ronnie Invita ... ' , que verá varios artistas, invitados por la leyenda del rock Ronnie Wood , para mostrar su trabajo en el transcurso de 2014 .
Wood es el artista en residencia en Castle Fine Art, Bruton Street, donde también se encuentra su estudio. La galería será anfitrión de una exposición exclusiva de las obras de Michael Donald y John Pasche .
El fotógrafo Michael Donald exhibirá su colección de tomas de retrato que logró en 2010 durante el rodaje de la película de los Rolling Stones ' Stones in Exile ' . Las imágenes son de Ronnie Wood, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards y Charlie Watts, cuya imagen fue incluido en la National Portrait Gallery en 2010 como parte del Premio Taylor Wessing.
Junto a Donald , John Pasche , expondrá una colección de su obra gráfica . Mientras que todavía estaba estudiando en el Royal College of Art, Pasche fue presentado por su rector que había sido pedido por Mick Jagger para recomendar a alguien para diseñar las ilustraciones para un próximo álbum. Pasche creó en el año 1971 "la Lengua y el Labio" ahora logo icónico año que fue utilizado en el álbum " Sticky Fingers " . El logo ha sido utilizado por los Rolling Stones desde entonces y el boceto original fue vendido en 2008 a V&A museum .

"Ronnie Wood Invites "... Michael Donald and John Pasche in Castle Fine Art , Bruton Street
On Tuesday 4th February, Castle Fine Art, Bruton Street, will be launching the ‘Ronnie Invites…’ series, which will see various artists, invited by rock legend Ronnie Wood, to display their work over the course of 2014.
Wood is the Artist-in-Residence at Castle Fine Art, Bruton Street, where his studio is also located. The gallery will be hosting an exclusive exhibition of the works by Michael Donald and John Pasche.
Photographer Michael Donald will be displaying his collection of portrait shots he took in 2010 during the filming of the Rolling Stones film ‘Stones in Exile’. The images are of Ronnie Wood, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts, whose image was included in the National Portrait Gallery in 2010 as part of the Taylor Wessing Prize.
Alongside Donald, John Pasche will be exhibiting a collection of his graphic work. Whilst still studying at the Royal College of Art, Pasche was put forward by his rector who had been asked by Mick Jagger to recommend someone to design the artwork for a forthcoming album. Pasche created the now iconic ‘Tongue and Lip’ logo in 1971 which was used on the ‘Sticky Fingers’ album notes. The logo has been used by the Rolling Stones ever since and the original sketch was sold in 2008 to the V&A museum.
