Andrew Loog Oldham recibirá el "premio Ahmet Ertegun " , en Salón de la Fama del Rock and Roll de Cleveland , por su labor en la industria de la música. La ceremonia celebrará su 29 edición el próximo 10 de abril de 2014, en el Barclays Center de Brooklyn -en años anteriores se ha celebrado en la propia Cleveland y Los Ángeles- y será abierta al público. "Es una gran oportunidad que los seguidores puedan asistir al evento. Les da la posibilidad de disfrutar de toda la energía que desprenden sus grupos favoritos", explicó Joel Peresman, presidente de la Fundación del Salón de la Fama del Rock and Roll, durante el anuncio de los ganadores.

 Las entradas para la ceremonia se pondrán a la venta el próximo enero y la gala será retransmitida en EE UU por HBO a mediados de mayo.
