Ronnie Wood insistió en que actuar en Dublín es "definitivamente como volver a casa", y agregó: "Nadie te recibe mejor que los irlandeses, así que estoy ansioso por llegar a Dublín, sí". El guitarrista tiene una gran afinidad con Irlanda, ya que posee una casa de vacaciones cerca de Clane en Kildare.

Sin embargo, reveló que realmente quiere pasar más tiempo allí, y explicó: "Vuelo a Dublín, salgo a mi casa en Kildare. No llego tan a menudo como me gustaría.

"Realmente me encanta estar allí. Mis hijos y mi familia la aman. Simplemente hay algo de magia que el resto del mundo no sabe, pero eso sucede en Irlanda, creo que somos muy pocos de nosotros ".

Junto con Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, y Charlie Watts, Wood reconoce que los íconos rockeros apenas están recien poniendo su parte.

Dando una idea de la increíble energía de la banda, dijo: "Al final del último concierto, Keith me dijo: 'Nos acabábamos de calentar', y todos sentían exactamente lo mismo, incluidos Mick y Charlie y todos los demás.. Todos nosotros estábamos algo así como 'Guau, me siento un poco suelto' porque estábamos recien metiéndonos en esto ".

Ronnie Wood  insisted that performing in Dublin is “definitely like coming home”, adding: “Nobody welcomes you better than the Irish people so ‘I’m looking forward to coming to Dublin, YES!” The guitarist has a close affinity with Ireland, as he owns a palatial holiday home near Clane in Kildare.

However, he revealed he really wants to spend more time there, explaining: “I fly into Dublin, I go out to my place in Kildare. I don’t get there as often as I would like.

“I really love it there. My kids and my family love it. There’s just some magic that the rest of the world don’t know but that happens in Ireland, just the precious few of us I think.”

Together with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts, Wood reckons the iconic rockers are only just getting into their stride.

Giving an insight into the band’s incredible energy, he said: “At the end of the last gig, Keith said to me, ’We were just getting warmed up’, and everyone felt exactly the same, including Mick and Charlie and all of the side men. All of us were kind of ‘Wow, I feel at a bit of a loose end’ because we were just getting into it.”
