Krissy Findlay Happy "Stones" Birthday
Krissy Findlay met Ronnie Wood, only 16, in 1964, when he was not even famous.
He fell madly in love with him and they married in 1971.
At that time, Krissy was a faithful Catholic, who wanted to live faithfully with the man she loved. According to the legend, she was the principal responsible, that Ronnie joins the Rolling Stones, after one night, that she arrived at his house with Keith, whom he had met in a club. She introduced him, and the two men began to write together.
In 1974, the Rolling Stones invited Ronnie to spin with them and then stayed full time.
Krissy soon changed the Catholic rules, for a more crazy life, when he met George Harrison, with whom he escaped to Portugal.
Later, Krissy fled to Los Angeles, where despite a healthy distrust of Yoko Ono, he started dating Lennon. Shortly afterwards he went to New York, where he met Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, with whom he lived a year. Then she and Ronnie reconciled, and Krissy became pregnant. She gave birth to her son Jesse James in 1977, but a year later they divorced.
In 2005, Krissy Findlay committed suicide at age 57, with an overdose of Valium. His life had been reduced to treasure memories of the past, in a 2 bedroom apartment in Richmond, Surrey.
She was so in need of money that she even looked for a job in a supermarket, since Ronnie Wood gave her a board of £ 200 a week.
At the time of his death, he was trying to sell his flat, to go live closer to his son Jesse, already married and with children. He also considered the possibility of selling Gibson's favorite Gibson guitar, with which he had composed many of his songs.
Was immortalized in the songs "Mystifies Me and Breathe ON", written by Ron Wood
