Ronnie Wood rinde homenaje a Jimmy Reed en el Bluesfest London , el 1ro de Noviembre de 2013

La banda Ronnie Wood ha confirmado para cerrar 2013 BluesFest con un homenaje a Jimmy Reed.

El concierto tendrá lugar a las 22:00 el 1 de noviembre, el cierre de cuatro noches de Blues en el Royal Albert Hall.

Ronnie dice: "Jimmy Reed fue una de las influencias principales sobre los Rolling Stones y todas las bandas que aman el blues estadounidense de esa época hasta nuestros días. Es un honor para mí tener la oportunidad de celebrar su vida y su legado con este homenaje "

Ronnie Wood pays tribute to Jimmy Reed at Bluesfest London

The Ronnie Wood Band have been confirmed to close 2013 BluesFest with a tribute to Jimmy Reed.

The gig will take place at 10pm on 1st November, closing four nights of blues at the Royal Albert Hall.

Ronnie says: “Jimmy Reed was one of the premier influences on the Rolling Stones and all the bands that love American blues from that era until the present day. It is my honour to have the opportunity to celebrate his life and legacy with this tribute.”
